Windows hello had stop working

Recently i occured with a problem, after updating KB5046740 and KB5048162,my Windows Hello was enabled. i had be asked to log in windows account and reset PIN, but the reset process will be stoped by an error which tells me i am disconnected, although i am connected to the internet. i cant find any useful information on the internet. so im here to ask for a solution. here are the picture of my problem:
