Windows Hello Facial Recognition Set to a Deleted Account

I had to reset up my Dell XPS 15 9530 and realized I entered my windows information wrong so I went to create a new user while deleting the old profile. Now when trying to set up face ID with my real windows account it says its already linked to a different account and first needs to be removed but the problem is I cant get into that old account. I don't see face id on any of the accounts i would have set it up on and I don't see an option to remove it. Does this mean I can't use face id with windows ever again??
