Windows Hello Facial Recognition on my HP windows Spectre (Windows 11) stopped working over a year now.While trying to resolve the issue, i clicked on remove and started a new setup. The camera sees my face but does not scan my face but continue to show "Make sure your face is centered in the frame". 1. I have updated the driver (it did not work)2. I have reinstalled the driver (it did not work)3. I have reported to HP support. Two different staff attended to it virtually but could not resolve it. They advised that the system be formatted which i did not agree to so as not to loose my installe
