Windows Hello face recognition only works in strong light

I use the Lenovo Ideapad 5 Pro 16ARH7 laptop. Previously, Windows Hello was working fine, even in low-light conditions. Every time I used Windows Hello, there was a red light flashing to the left of the camera, and the indicator light (white and on the right side of the camera) did not illuminate. However, now when I turn on the laptop, the red light to the left only flashes once and is weaker than usual, and the indicator light for the camera activity is on.
