Windows Hello face login no longer works.

Hi, I cannot log in with my face anymore, and even when I go to windows security and try to open some program that requires a code (like chrome password manager), my pin code doesn't seem to work and the computer locks up. I noticed this start to happen after I installed a driver update program. I can log into my computer using the pin, but not face, and not password.
