I own a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro laptop since 2022, and a HyperX Cloud II headset since 2023. My Windows version is 11 Pro, 23H2. In the last couple of weeks, the headset would sometimes 'glitch' and stop working in one of the 2 USB ports on the back. Then I would disconnect it and plug it back on, and it would sometimes work again, and if it didn't, i would plug it in the other one and it would work. It started happening more often until now, when neither of the ports accept my headset anymore. When I plug it in, I get this message: "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned
