Windows G, the Game Bar is not working. ERROR " An unhandled error occurred attempting to play your video"

I am trying to screen record using Windows G, the Game Bar is not working. When I record a vid & try to play it it says " An unhandled error occurred attempting to play your video"? Need help plz. I have Windows 11. HP laptop.
