Windows frozen on start up page

My laptop is frozen on login page, all troubleshooting failed,even reset ,which is now not showing .After hard reboot it has gone into this mode ' Fixing (C) stage1 17% ETA 36.46 hours ' why so long ? Update ,now it's says ETA 54 hrs !!
