Windows freezes or crashes after launching certain games or programs

Purchased a prebuilt computer from Cyberpower back in October and have had this issue since. When I open games like Rust, New World, or League of Legends(occasionally) it will either A) Freeze/Crash after a few minutes forcing me to turn the power off via power supplyB) Prevent me from opening any new applications, or start any new actions on the computer (Ex. If I have chrome closed I cannot open it)I cannot reinstall my windows because it does not let me, and I cannot download windows onto a boot drive to install it because it does not allow me, I understand the problem is likely my windows
