Windows freezes and sometimes crashing PC with new AM5 upgraded setup

Hi, i can't solve problem with upgraded setup now for couple of months.The problem is when i opening some programs like cpuz, hw monitor or installing programs/drivers my computer in some part of this process freezes for around 3 seconds (can't move my mouse) sometimes its just unfreeze and sometimes its crash and restart without any error.I played couple games and under strees its no problem, also put couple of benchmark for cpu,psu,ram,memory and everything under strees works fine, temperatures are okay.I can play many hours with no problem but when i open for example game WarThunder everyti
