Windows Firewall is blocking your connection (nothing fixed it)

Hey everyone,I have spent the last threee/four hours trying to fix this problem.Windows defender has blocked my connection, the only solution i have found to work is to disable both private and public defender, however I'd rather not do that.I have checked everywhere and tried everythings. I have let programs pass through the firewall and still nothing. I have mdpns still nothing. Does anyone have a suggestion cause this is driving me insane.Thank you
