Windows firewall block connections to localnet

Hi everyone!I have following task:1. Block connections to hosts in local network2. Allow connections to certain hosts in local network (domain controllers, wsus, dns and some exact hosts and ports)3. Allow connections to O365All tasks above I need to be implemented with help of windows firewall.What do I have:- written rules to allow certain connections. As an example I've allowed traffic to DC-s and one web serverWhat approaches do not work:- default to block all outgoing connections switch in windows defender firewall properties. It means that it will also block connections to o365 endpoints
