Windows File Explorer can't find NAS (Roon Nucleus One)

I have a Roon Nucleus One NAS/Music Server. I can't map a drive to the NAS because File Explorer doesn't see it on my network. I can connect from a Mac Mini and a Macbook Pro without issue. I have tried enabling SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, and have gone through a technical troubleshooting process with a Microsoft support rep, who made some other changes via a remote control session. His suggestion was to post here for additional ideas. We are both stumped. Does anybody know what might be wrong, and how to fix it?
