windows fax and scan

[Windows 11]

I use windows fax and scan to receive fax on my desktop and delete junk fax so I will not waist paper printing! My old pc is making some noize and I bought a new pc without telephone port and using window 11. I got a fax modem from Amazon but connot set up windows fax and scan with the new pc even after calling the fax moden tech support! Any suggestions regarding the solution?
