Windows Fax and Scan stopped working after Windows 11 update on 3/10/22

hardware: DELL Precision 3630modems: US Robotics V.92 USB Voice Modem (worked in Windows 10) and US Robotics Soft Modem (never worked in Windows 10)I have been faxing pdf files using Windows Fax and Scan on DELL Precision 3630/US Robotics V.92 USB Voice Modem.
