Windows Fax and Scan can receive fax but cannot send a fax.

Hi everyone,I’m having a strange issue with Windows Fax and Scan on a Windows 10 Pro computer using a StarTech fax modem. It receives faxes fine but fails to send them it doesn’t even dial a fax number. The same setup works perfectly on an older Windows 7 PC which at the edge of death.What I’ve tried:Updated Windows and reinstalled the OS.Reinstalled the Fax and Scan feature.Reconfigured the Fax and Scan utility.Manually installed the fax modem driver from manufacturer site.Allowed all firewall permissions.Restarted and set Fax service to auto in the services.I used the same settings on a Wind
