Windows explorer search for file contents does not appear to be working. Or, how do i get it to do this?

I have checked the option to search "file names and contents" (screen snap here)There is a .json file in the folder where i am searching. Screen shot follows of some of the text from the file.But searching for several text strings within the snap above, Explorer search does not find them. I looked for functionsDirectory, configuration, and xtermjs...None of them are found!! Get either "no items match your search", or some of them are found in different files, but this file does not come up.So, how does this work.
