windows explorer not updating last modified date w11

Hello,I just upgraded from w10 to w11. I just noticed that in w11 explorer doesn't properly update the last modified time/date when you modify some files. This issue only happens in some areas. I tried to upload a screen shot but the built in image uploader doesn't work. So I included links to the photos below. If you look at the first photo, look at the underlined times/dates. It shows the wrong date/time in the main area. The odd this is if I hit properties it displays the correct info in the properties window. Also the date modified is correct in other software.
