Hello, We are having an issue with a computer where the file explorer navigation will only be clickable on the left screen, as soon as you move the file explorer to the right screen the navigation buttons become unclickable. We have tried replacing both monitors and reimaging the computer changing the resolution setting the scale, but this issue persists no matter what we try. the unit is a dell optiplex 7000 if that helps for context. any info or speculation on this issue would be appreciated.
