I’m on Windows 11, version 24H2, OS Build 26100.1. (When I first typed this up it was on version 23H2, OS Build 22631.4890). Late last December, an update was forced on me, and when my computer finished restarting my entire Windows Explorer was broken. That means none of the following would load:-Desktop-Taskbar-Start Menu-File explorerI just get a black screen and a cursor. I can open most programs (“apps” such as Calculator, Paint, and the newer version of Notepad seem to be exceptions) from the Run New Task option in the Task Manager, but that’s it.Additionally, any key command involving th
