Windows explorer freezing after clicking on differetn folder

Every since the 22621.2134 build of window 11 or whatever the latest update was since the 9/08/23, my file explorer has been not working properly.Every time I open file explorer it boots up normally showing all the normal stuff that the file explorer home shows However when i go to click on a foldier the program forever buffers and clicking on it will cause it to turn white like when your program is not responding.The only way to fix this is to restart file explorer (which btw doesn't fix the explorer only just closes the file explorer window)There is some use ablity though any third party app
