windows explorer freezing after being afk for a minute

my windows explorer is not responding after going idle for 1 min. i even tried reinstalling windows changed my ram,ssd and even changed the thermal paste for the processor it started after i installed windows 11 and i even tried reinstalling windows 10 and same issue any fix?
