Windows Explorer freezes when opened with netshare not accessible?

Hi,I noticed, that when I open my Windows File Explorer while mapped net shares are not available (I assume, eg. I do not have a active internet/network connection), it freezes - and takes "ages" before I can actually use it.Still I think the Windows File Explorer should be able to handle my local files without delay on opening it (as it is after some time .. would say about a minute).What can be done to fix this issue?
