Windows explorer does not respond when opening pictures folder 700mb about 500 pictures

My laptop core i5 having windows 10.

When i opens a pictures folder it doesn't show all thumbnails. Takes a lot of time in loading folder. And explorer stucks. Even i couldn't move that folder. Explorer stops working.

I already used safe mode, clean boot, sfc but problem is still.
