Windows Experience Index says my PC is 64-bit Capable but Device Manager and msinfo says x86 based PC?

Hi, Windows Performance Index says my PC is 64 bit capable but Device Manager and msinfo says my PC is x86 based PC, many people said if it says it's x86 based PC, it means that my PC is not capable of 64-bit, Can someone help? Thanks.
