windows exlporer cpu usage always getting very high

hi, i have an issue with my windows, the windows explorer task is take over 20% cpu usage, and i have to restart it manually from task manager to decrease it, it return to about 1% for short time and it get high again after some minutes so i have to do that again. i made a windows task to automatically restarts the task evert 10 mins it but now system cpy usage is also high and i cant restart it, i want to fix both of them cus it make the laptop hot and laggy.thanks in advanced.
