Windows error when booting up

\When I boot up my computer (HP Z-book, using most recent updates of Windows 11) I get a mesage the DPPassFilter.dll is blocked. Specifically:The module is blocked from loading into the Local Security Authority. \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\DPPassFilter.dllFor more information on why this module has been blocked, click 'Learn more'.I fear the the Learn More button might be phishing. I did click on it and the result seemed confusing to me, making me suspicious.Is this a legit message?
