Windows error on restart when installing Windows 11

I am currently having an issue where after entering the setup to download windows 11, I get an error on restart. The initial problem was a full disk and I couldn’t not log on to my desktop. After every restart it goes through automatic repair and fails and brings me to the blue screen with the options of ‘shutdown’ or ‘advanced options.’ This problem started before attempting to reinstall windows.I have already made a bootable flash drive and everything works as far as the setup goes. It’s only when it has to restart.What I’ve tried.-system restore ( error “no restore points have been created”
