Just bought my new Dell Inspiron laptop and I set it up just fine. The I preformed a firmware update, I restarted my laptop after and then tried to sign into the using my PIN but this login error comes up. It wont let me reset it or even use my touch ID. Ive tried to go into advanced options to access command prompt but all it does is restart my device. Is there anything I have to do in the BIOS.
