Windows error code 0x80004002

The update in question: 2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212)I have tried multiple different suggestions that i have found involving this error code online. None of them have worked. My computer can no longer handle something as simple as streaming on youtube. It will freeze and then I have to hold the power button to shut it off. I have ran all the diagnostics and even pulled up the advanced command center in order to resolve the problem. Im not sure what else to do. Please help.
