Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device "Windows Bluetooth Hands-Free Audio device"

My Skullcandy Hesh 3 has been connecting but no audio and when disconnected says "Driver Error" and I have been left with no sound. I attempted to try to fix it to discover this error when updating the driver "Microsoft_HFP_Audio_Device_97" I have tried deleting drivers then restarting my computer to have them reinstalled but this has not worked I also tried unpairing and re-pairing it updating drivers and updating windows. Please help thank you.
