I have seen some comments about HelloGeek being a tech scam company. I have used their services for several years. I feel my computers are working well but their services are very expensive.I have paid a ton of $$ for Lifetime Windows upgrades, Encryption, AntiVirus, and AntiHacking protection. Other than the pricing I have been satisfied with their services but I wonder if all the services are actually necessary???Last week they updated my laptops and they are telling me that my Window Driver Warranty had expired and a lifetime update service for all my devices costs $1,300.I have never heard
