windows download speed slow but speed test fast

I recovery windows,and the internet was slow when I download games like steam only have 10mbps,but i was using 1g all the time,and the speed test was normal,just only working normal in google web,but not on pc.I have tried everything on youtube but it jsut not workingspeed test Result:https://www.speedtest.net/zh-Hant/result/17019274204
