Windows doesn't boot up after in-place upgrade

I did an in-place upgrade of Windows 11 and now my pc wont boot properly. There'll be the sound it makes when it turns on but just a black screen with some random flickering. And after a few minutes of turning it on and off trying to get into the Windows RE, when I try to shut it down by holding down the power button it'll just turn back on immediately with no boot up again.Edit: I shut down pc then hit the switch, and it doesn't restart on its own anymore. the issue still is that I can't boot in to anything, and am just stuck with a black screen with some flickering lights.
