Windows doesn't boot to desktop after updating.

For the past few months, my Windows won't boot properly to the desktop after updating.When I update my Windows, it installs without any problems, but once I restart my device, it does not display my desktop. The only thing I can do is open Task Manager and control my PC via CMD.My solution for this has been to go into troubleshooting, uninstall the most recent quality update, and then boot in debug mode.But I can't take the stress and hassle anymore.Any solutions?
