Windows does not shutdown properly, then reboots - "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124"

Hi All,I've got an issue with my laptop that I'm told might be hardware related, but I'm unsure if it is windows-associated and thought I'd check here. When I turn off the Laptop via the 'Shut Down' option in the start menu, it will continue to idle even once the screen goes black, and will reboot itself after 2 minutes or so. I am currently running Device information is as follows:Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99 GHzInstalled RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorOperating system is as follows:Edition Windows 11 HomeVersio
