Windows does not recognize cellular network in 5G SA when RMNET mode is used

HiI have Fibocom 5G Module which is connected to network. However in Windows UI, the cellular section shows it as "NO Service". The USB driver is RMNET not MBIM. In MBIM interface module works fine, but I need to use RMNET interface.I contacted Fibocom engineers and they told me that it is a Windows issue, that Windows program does not call 5G RSSI interface so that it thinks there is "No service" in module. When module registered in LTE network, RMNET is working fine. But I want to use RMNET with 5G SA. please let me know if there is any update of drivers for RMNET mode in Windows.see attach
