Windows display detection - Force outputs

Good day,I have a scenario where a PC has 5 displays (TV's) connected to it. These are connected through a host of HDMI splitters, selectors and extenders. When a TV's display is switched through a selector, Windows detects the loss of display and reconfigures my whole extended desktop arrangement. Furthermore, some of the TV's are able to run higher resolutions than others, and Windows detects it and tries to utilize the bigger display. However its causing major issues with my application of use, especially w.r.t. which it sometimes randomly chooses as my main display. Opening new application
