About 2 weeks ago, I installed a random windows update and ever since then my pc has been scrolling by itself. The problem is most noticeable on windows apps however on apps that have a secondary scroll wheel in them when my mouse hovers over it starts to scroll. Also I found out that just clicking and then dragging the scroll bar is very glitchy and barely moves. When I hold Crtl, it stops it in windows setting but as soon as i let go it does it again. At first, I just restarted my computer and when that didn't work I looked on the internet from other people who had the same problem.Her
