Windows desktop manager crashing

So ive had this issue for a week now, ever since i built a new pc and upgraded to windows 11 ive gotten crashes when im playing a game. Black screen for a second and app crash. I have a rtx 4090. Ive tested the psu and gpu by switching to another unit and still it crashes. Ive done a clean windows install and the problem still persists. I dont have gamebar now but ive tried updating it and still didnt work. The only hardware problem i can think is the problem is the motherboard.
