Windows desktop does not load due quality update

Hey,I recently installed the latest updates (they installed automatically), and now, every time I log into my desktop, all I get is a blank screen—no taskbar, no wallpaper, nothing. The only thing that works is **Ctrl+Alt+Del**, which lets me open Task Manager, but even **Win+R** doesn't work.I managed to fix it temporarily by booting into recovery mode and uninstalling the latest quality update. That worked, but after a few days, the update reinstalled itself, and the problem came back.Any advice or help would be much appreciated!
