Windows Defender won't turn on. The Windows Security window simply does not open. Reset doesn't work as well. Please help! Thank you!

Hi, I am using a Windows 11 64-bit system. I recently installed an application (it has been uninstalled) post which I am not able to turn my defender on. The Windows Security page just does not open. I am not even able to Reset my PC, because whenever I click on reset, the cursor just buffers but nothing happens. I ran full scans using Microsoft Safety Scanner, Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner. Threats were identified and removed. But the issue still persists. Please help!
