Windows Defender Won't Remove a Threat?

Hello,I have accidentally downloaded a virus, which was detected by Windows Defender. I have deleted the file, the location, everything but it still says this. Nothing happens when I click Actions > Quarantine. I have scanned my PC with malwarebytes and it doesn't detect anything. How do I fix this?
