Windows Defender won't open

Hi,For a while now I have been unable to open Windows Defender (I am using Windows 11 Pro). I suspect I have Malware, since my RAM (8 GB) is always at 90%, even when idle. I have had no issues with my RAM in the past 3 years.I upgraded to Microsoft 365, hoping to receive support but I am unable to access it. Whenever I try to open support.microsoft I receive an error message "access denied":You don't have permission to access "Surface help & learning" on this server.Reference #18.8cc61cb8.1720618457.7c32f3a I tried different browsers, as well as using incognito mode. Nothing work
