So over the past 3-4 hours I have watched Youtube tutorials, read articles, fully factory reset my PC. Messed with reg edit gpedit.msc. downloaded files ran commands in command prompt and powershell, reset and repaired windows microsoft defender. Nothing is working. This all started when i tried installing an app called AtlasOS. a modification for windows 11 etc to help speed things up. It required me to turn off my RTP - Real Time Protection - so i tried but i got the error saying "Your IT Administrator has limited access" this is when i tried all the things above to fix this nothing worked.
