Windows Defender SmartScreen Warning Prompt No Longer Showing!

Hi all.Recently, I've noticed that the Windows Defender SmartScreen Warning Prompt does not show.It is the one with a blue background saying "Windows protected your PC" (see the picture below for an example.)This causes executables that would normally trigger this warning to not open at all after and automatically close after short pause.I am trying to reactivate this prompt window, but after a bit of troubleshooting don't know how to proceed.I've already tried the following:- Turning ON every safety feature in Windows Defender, including "Reputation-based protection" in "App & Browser Con
