Hello, we have an app built with PowerBuilder. Recently, we signed it using a new certificate issued by 'Buypass Class 3 CA G2 ST Business.' The certificate is valid, and we have installed it on our environments which use Windows 11. However, we are encountering an issue: when we attempt to open the app, we receive the following error message: 'Windows protected your PC / Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting.
