Windows Defender Sidebar Greyed out. Want to get a FixList txt for frst64exe

I had similar problems to this one: Redirecting instruction from Janani did not solve my problem.But I found Ramesh hinted using FRST64.exe.However, I could not analyze the output txts.Would be really grateful if anyone could help me generate a fixlist file Here are the generated frst.txt and addition.txt files: fixlist - Google Drive you!
