Windows Defender problem ?

Hello the thing why i ask a question today is,my windows defender found 2 Threats but on the top it says "No current Threats." what does it mean now ?i have Threats or not here a picture: i hope its one picture only sorry if there are multiple, i do this the 1st time.thank you for any anwsers
