Windows defender offline scan won't finish and there is no log either

Hi guys today i wiped my 3 disks because i got some virus infector on my PC a couple days ago.Today after installing everything i needed back i ran a malwarebytes and windows defender full scan, then i had to do the offline scan at last, but when the PC restarted this happened:Offline scan startedOffline scan reached 91% and PC restarted abruptlyI checked C:\Windows\Microsoft Antimalware\Support and no log was created (last log is from 4 hours before, when i did the default full scan with microsoft defender)The event viewer log of the scan is the following: (from when the scan started and the
